Service description

auto-reply.to is a SaaS that automates replies to WhatsApp chats you explicitly whitelist, using an AI persona you define. You retain ownership of your persona, knowledge base, and message content.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or unsolicited mass messaging.
• No impersonation of someone other than yourself.
• No illegal content or activity.

WhatsApp ToS disclaimer

auto-reply.to uses an unofficial WhatsApp Web integration to send and receive messages on your behalf. WhatsApp's Terms of Service do not formally permit automated activity on personal accounts. You acknowledge that using auto-reply.to could result in your phone number being banned by WhatsApp and that we are not liable for any such consequence. We recommend linking auto-reply.to to a secondary phone number.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime in the billing portal.

Limitation of liability

auto-reply.to is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not responsible for messages your assistant sends; you are. We recommend you review the audit log regularly.
